I was quite surprised by the condition of the room considering the high fee I paid for it. The room with just one queen bed for three adults was below standard and filthy. On the bright side, it did come with a microwave and mini-refrigerator. The service was extremely disappointing; the staff went out of their way to read a complaint but ended up being very rude to us. However, they did provide a wake-up service. The location didn't look too bad and was suitable, especially for business purposes in Panama City during Spring Break.
